Injuries on teeth, the gum or the whole oral area should be already excluded and prevented by means of the correct diet. Nowadays more and more healthy foods are offered which include tooth-protecting, natural substances. Avocados, cheese, raw onions or liquorice count among these tooth-protecting foods. Even green tea works preventively. Vitamine C and D are especially good for the teeth and gum. Furthermore yoghurt and parsley drive bacteria away which can cause bad breath.
